Unique opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to join a big-name tech employer in Manchester.
You'd join a department acting as an R&D team and responsible for building a brand-new product offering, which means you'd enjoy all the freedom to innovate that you only really get at a start-up, plus all the support and benefits of a major corporate.
The existing group are very open minded, they work as multidisciplinary product engineering squads (Dev, Product, UX) who value diversity and teamwork over individual heroics, so you'd be working alongside people that are passionate about using practices like TDD and Pair Programming in an autonomous DevOps environment.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'd work across the full stack and would be responsible for playing a key role in shaping their culture and product engineering capabilities.

The money is good too - up to £70k plus benefits including stocks, annual bonus, pension, private medical/dental plus plenty more including regular flexible/remote working.
