Senior Software Engineer, JavaScript, React, Python, Hybrid
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer, with solid commercial experience with JavaScript technologies to work on an exciting, data-driven, high-performance SaaS product. With the head office in central Oxford and the opportunity to work remotely a couple days a week, this is a great role for a Senior Software Engineer, who is keen to work with modern technology in a challenging technical environment.
The Role
The Senior Software Engineer / JavaScript Developer will be working end-to-end on greenfield software development, including scoping requirements, coding, testing, and deploying the software in a DevOps environment.
The role will involve developing end to end solutions, working with the latest technologies including React, Node, TypeScript, Python, Java, and SQL. It's an AWS environment and involves working with Microservices architecture.
The Company
Founded by a group of University of Oxford academics, the Senior Software Engineer will be joining an incredibly exciting research and software company. Based in central Oxford, their office is easily accessible by public transport.

What's Required?
Strong experience developing complex software solutions, ideally with React and Python
Experience building microservices / web-services would be highly advantageous
Cloud knowledge / experience with AWS would be a plus
Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to solve difficult technical problems
