1x Senior .Net Engineer (Sole Developer Responsibility but supported by the wider team, collaborative environment)
Ambitious Retail Business looking to Triple in size by 2025
+ Top end £80k base salary + package
+ Key Tech: .Net, Javascript, Azure/AWS, SQL
+ Bonus Tech (any of): Prior Retail/E-Commerce experience, NetSuite, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), API's, Microservices, TDD, Agile
+ Hybrid 2 day's per week in West Manchester (would need to drive)

I am hiring for an exciting tech business based in Greater Manchester who have been acquired by one of the founders of a FTSE 250 Index, Global Retail business. They have large growth plans and ambitions to be on the level of the company mentioned above - so this role is suited for passionate individuals looking to be part of a long term venture.
They are a rapidly growing online retailer who now dispatch over 1million orders per year from their modern distribution facility in Manchester and are on target to triple in size by 2025.
Following on from the acquisition, they have recently bought in a new IT Director to modernise the business and it’s an exciting time to join the team if you are someone who has big ambition.
The role...
They are looking to hire a Senior .Net Engineer who will be involved with completing the recent rebuild and rewrite of the platform. You will need to be comfortable working as the sole .Net Developer, although they have 2 other Backend Developers working on a different project.
You will work on projects linked to everything post-sale - from sourcing delivery tickets, packaging, delivery data, dealing with 3rd parties etc. You'll also help link in with ERP's, API's and e-commerce platforms.
You will be someone who is experienced enough to bring new ideas, flag changes, flag new ideas and take responsibility.
