Senior Software Engineer (UK Remote) - £40,000 - £70,000 DOE THE COMPANY​Inflo is a fast-paced, agile, and rapidly scaling technology company. Our technology is even now a part of the ICAEW’s ACA examinations. THE TEAM​Our software engineers are responsible for bringing innovative, strategic solutions to the full technology stack. They deliver performant, well-designed and testable code, documenting and codifying their good practice through technical processes, tools and platforms which enable themselves and other developers to work easily and efficiently. There are 3 teams responsible for designing, developing, delivering and supporting the 3 key areas of the system- Analytics & Collaboration, Supporting the Customer, and Quality Audits. THE CULTURE​Inflo was founded by ex-auditors who were driven by a desire to innovate their profession and increase its value and relevance in a rapidly changing world. THE ROLE​As a Senior Engineer, you will help drive the community of individuals interested in furthering the design, technology, and approach to development work through research, collaboration, and shared learning. You will:Contribute to the maintenance of the software application.Implementation of new software features.Ticket management through agile methodology.Research and Development in order to continually improve the Inflo product.Active involvement in scoping, designing and developing new features.Provide technical advice to all colleagues within the development team.Potential involvement in interview process for new staff members.THE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)​3+ Years’ experienceC#  ASP.NET  Intimate understanding and proficient application of:  .net best practices Test tooling/libraries for .net Agile software delivery process  As well as:  Research and coaching capabilities Decision making skills  QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED)​Relevant Degree THE OFFER​As a member of the Inflo family, you’ll enjoy the following benefits: ​Base annual salary of £40,000 to £70,000, based on experience.25 days holiday with an additional 0.5 days for every year of service​.Flexible working environment – work whenever and wherever that suits you.
