A newly created full-time position for an experienced Legal Director or Partner to join its corporate team in either Glasgow of Edinburgh.The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE who can demonstrate a strong foundation in corporate law. You will take a leading role across various aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions and will provide advice to private equity investors on seed and venture capital investments. You will also use your corporate expertise to foster business growth in the realms of employment, regulatory and litigation.You will be committed to furthering team objectives and contributing to the firm’s growth. The firm is committed to supporting this senior role with the hiring of additional lawyers to the corporate team.
