Role: Senior Solutions Architect - UC
Salary: £60K plus car allowance and OTE
Job Location: Chorley/Hybrid
The role
We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Unified Communications specialist to design and implement complex UC and UCaaS solutions for Elite Groups customers.
In this role, you will provide a high level of customer engagement, and be responsible for designing and implementing complex endpoint solutions, taking the proactive lead in driving Cloud adoption and recurring revenue sales across the Elites customer base.
Some of the responsibilities of a Senior Solutions Architect at Elite include:
Provide strategic customer engagement for the design and installation of new UC and UCaaS opportunities.
- Carry out remote & onsite customer meetings and workshops with a high standard of professionalism.
- Engage with internal account managers to identify Cloud endpoint opportunities within the Elite customer base.
- Liaise with the wider business to provide expert consultancy and guidance on all UC and UCaaS services.
- Oversee the implementation of UC and UCaaS solutions, ensuring best practice is communicated and followed by the operational teams.
- Provide a proactive support and escalation channel for all IT Cloud infrastructure solutions as and when required for Elite internal operational teams.
- Work with project managers to help achieve positive outcome to projects and tasks.
Role requirements
- Excellent technical understanding of UC and UCaaS technologies, including:
- Mitel MiVoice Business & Mitel Flex
- 8x8 product stack
- OAK call recording
- Redbox call recording
- Content Guru Contact Centre as a Serivce
- Gamma Horizon and Gamma Collaborate
- A good understanding of ISDN and SIP
- Strong networking skills – WAN & LAN, including VLAN’s, QoS, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF & BGP etc.
- Experience in designing and installing complex hybrid UC and UCaaS systems and solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and integration with other UC products.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Mitel certified.
- Understanding and demonstration of excellent customer service.
