Our customer is a leading international medical technology company specialising in the development of devices that are less invasive for patients. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to promote their Vascular portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to doctors. Responsible for providing service to clinical customers and non-clinical customers Provide technical product training to both clinical customers and the team on the use of the company’s medical devices as required. Provide the Sales Manager, DPSM and Account Specialist with information on developments and trends within the product portfolio. Provide market intelligence and other appropriate feedback to the division personnel promptly. Seek and evaluate new product ideas, providing adequate information to the Sales Manager, and Account Manager and facilitating ongoing communication. Participation in relevant local and international exhibitions, meetings and lectures forwarding relevant information to the divisional team. Relevant experience in clinical support is desirable. Ability to interpret clinical data. Good working knowledge of Microsoft® Office. Language Skills – good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages. Excellent Networking skills. Availability and willingness to travel extensively on Company business. Average weekly travel is 3 to 4 overnights per week. Current driving license.
