About the Role
Brookwood Search and Selection are proud to be partnered with an award winning way-finding studio. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Strategist with a proven track record in designing for the built environment across various project scales and sectors. This role focuses on Wayfinding, Placemaking, and Brand, and requires a deep interest in human movement, interaction with our surroundings and being able to collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure full integration of work. With a passion for blending functional design with brand identity, the Senior Wayfinding Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping memorable and engaging spaces that leave a lasting impact.
About You:
- Experience of conducting on-site reviews, analyze movement patterns, and defining wayfinding strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and present project updates internally and externally.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide junior colleagues.
- Expertise in Accessibility and Legibility guidelines, proficient in design management tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and design management tools.
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural and 3D product design drawings, facilitating effective collaboration with design teams.
- Capable of providing technical feedback and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development within the interdisciplinary team.
- Highly organized with a proven track record of successful design management and client liaison, ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
