We seek a Senior Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our esteemed team.

We conduct weekly design reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions for all team members, actively encouraging feedback on projects and operational methodologies. Our London office comprises 30 professionals, with approximately 22 dedicated to our Structures team.
We engage in diverse projects encompassing various scales, typologies, and sectors, encompassing both new constructions and refurbishments ranging from £2 million to £140 million in value. Beyond project work, our involvement extends to prestigious organizations such as the IStructE and the BCO. We endorse and support involvement in industry groups, research, and teaching endeavors.
Internally, research groups focus on critical industry topics such as sustainability and computational development. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead or support 3 to 4 projects concurrently. Key responsibilities include:
- Steering structural design from conceptualization to construction documentation, including structural analysis, sketching, report writing, and specification preparation.
- Mentoring and guiding junior staff.
- Participating in project team meetings and design workshops.
- Conducting site visits, surveys, and overseeing on-site construction activities.
- Contributing to project management tasks, including commercial considerations and efficient time management of supporting staff.
