We are looking for a talented, forward-thinking Senior Structural Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with at least 3 years of UK post-graduate Structural Engineering experience, who is passionate about making a difference. Ideally, you will be working towards Chartership, and we will provide support to help you achieve this goal. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including high-end commercial new builds, complex refurbishments, and housing projects.
The Role:
- Assist in the delivery of client projects within specified time and budget.
- Work on all aspects of design for various small and medium-sized projects with minimal supervision. For larger projects, focus on selected technical issues.
- Handle all design aspects from inception to project completion with limited supervision for small and medium-sized projects.
- Participate in appointment and fee discussions, supporting senior team members as needed.
- Direct technicians in producing necessary information when required.
- Collaborate with Architects, Clients, and external professionals while fulfilling your responsibilities.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project progress.
Your experience:
- Degree: Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Structural Engineer.
- Skills: Strong background in working on various building structures.
- Team player: Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the design process.
