Job Description

As a Senior Supply Chain Technical Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our two key Supply Chain Platforms: Koerber (Warehouse Management) and GAINS (Forecasting and Replenishment). Reporting to the Global Platform Director, this position involves overseeing the Supply Chain System Analysts, managing their tasks, objectives, and succession planning.

Your responsibilities:


  • Manage and develop the Supply Chain System Analysts, planning for succession and skill growth.
  • Establish standards for administering the platforms and ensure they meet expected outcomes.
  • Perform system configuration and administrative changes.
  • Assess proposed changes to platforms, ensuring alignment with change processes and business impact.
  • Provide technical expertise to the Design Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Actively support Change and Release management processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to facilitate understanding and approval of technical changes.
  • Ensure QA of solutions before production delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and platform performance monitoring.


Who Should Apply:


  • Individuals with 6+ years of IT development/configuration experience, preferably in a large international organization.
  • Expertise in Köerber and GAINS platforms and Supply Chain operations from an IT perspective.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of IT General Controls and their application across IT landscapes.


Skills & Experiences Required:


  • Expert in people management, system configuration, Change Management, Release Management, IT Risks and Compliance.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, facilitation, networking, conflict resolution, and Supply Chain management understanding.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, action-oriented, and capable of working independently.
