You will need to bring a wealth of experience across support roles and have experience across Windows and Microsoft Technologies. This is a great chance for a Senior Support Engineer looking to progress their career by furthering their skills at a fantastic organisation.
This is a brilliant opening for a Senior Support Engineer with experience of working through support roles in Microsoft/Windows houses. Given the seniority of this role you will need to have lead support teams. Some of the daily tasks will require that you have experience with Device Management, Service Management, have worked in ITIL environments and experience of ITSM. This is a great opportunity for someone to take a leading role in shaping the future of the organisations support team.
