I have partnered exclusively with a well established consultancy based in the London to make a key Senior Surveyor level hire in their Property Management team.

The clients range from large pension funds to foreign investors. At present there is circa £500million worth of assets under management, totalling around 10 assets.
My client specializes in the management of large multi let offices within the City & West End the largest under management being 130,000 sq ft.
This position will provide unrivaled exposure with the opportunity to be the client lead on high profile, trophy asset portfolios.
Naturally with assets of this caliber this is a huge focus on ESG, Major project works, Proptech, Leasing, Placemaking, Occupier engagement & Licences to Alter.
This is a suitable position for an experienced Surveyor or Senior Surveyor looking for more control, influence and keen to work in an environment where makes decisions and implementing change is quick and easy.
MRICS is not essential for this position but experience within commercial Property Management is essential.
Alongside the day-to-day management my client acts as the Asset Manager for a few of the clients provide great exposure in this field.
My client is looking to pay up to £50,000 plus package but this is dependent on the level of experience. They operate a fully flexible working policy.
