Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play an essential role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in the fields of quantitative research, trading, development and business operations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and execute hiring plans to support the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies;
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for research, trading, and operational positions, utilizing various sourcing channels and tools;
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady flow of talent to meet hiring goals;
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding;
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify and engage top talent effectively;
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, performance, and market insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on technical or specialized roles within the financial industry;
  • Familiarity with algorithmic trading and financial markets is highly desirable;
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
