Hours of Work: 40 hours per week – 9 -5.30pm -- Full time, permanent The Role - Responsibilities: As a Senior Talent and HR Coordinator, you will lead and manage a small HR department. Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries Manage offshore team member Create and post job advertisements on various platforms Source potential candidates online and network to find suitable candidates  Responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to sifting CVs, coordinating interviews/initial phone screens, assisting with in-person interviews, keeping regular communication with candidates, conducting background checks and facilitating the onboarding process Maintain relationships with recruitment third parties Develop and implement employee engagement programs Assist in performance management systems whilst supporting career development initiatives Conducting exit interviews. General HR duties Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Coordinate with the finance team to complete monthly payroll Work with the finance team on payroll updates Maintain accurate employee records Manage HRIS - Breathe Review and refine employee benefits Prepare HR reports for line managers Manage and own all employee queries Lead on organisation of company events Assist to foster a positive work environment Talent and HR Coordinator Requirements: Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR. Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems). Ability to multitask Confident to build Stakeholder relationships Managerial experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
