The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Manager with a strong focus on business development / sales to drive new revenue opportunities. Having an established relevant network of social media/marketing contacts at brands that you can leverage from day one to pitch and secure partnerships for our talent would be a huge plus for any potential applicant. The willingness to grow a this via networking is essential, so both LinkedIn and people skills are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing Driven Talent’s business through relationship-building, pitching, and negotiating contracts, while managing and supporting our existing talent roster.
This role reports directly to the Founder/Managing Director and offers significant autonomy to take initiative in securing new business.

Working hours are typically 9-5 but this can be flexible, as the role often requires working with brands from across the world where timezones can impact meeting schedules. The role may also require infrequent travel (once or twice per month) to attend trade shows for prospecting, talent/brand content shoots, in-person meetings. For this reason, having a UK driving license and access to a vehicle is a must.
The salary for this role will depend on experience, but will most likely fall within the range of £35,000-£55,000. Employees are entitled to 28 days' leave including bank holidays. Outside of contracted obligations, team members have enjoyed discretionary bonuses and extra leave, which will be formalised as the company continues to grow.
