We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with extensive years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in NETBATCH, ENFORM, TACL, C++, ENSCRIBE, Tandem, COBOL, and NONSTOP SQL. A strong background in Payments is essential, and experience in Money Markets Products is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using NETBATCH, ENFORM, TACL, C++, ENSCRIBE, Tandem, COBOL, and NONSTOP SQL.
Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Ensure the quality and performance of software applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all technical implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to technical strategies.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and technical challenges.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Qualifications - - Possess a deep understanding of NETBATCH, ENFORM, TACL, C++, ENSCRIBE, Tandem, COBOL, and NONSTOP SQL.
Have extensive experience in the Payments domain, with a strong grasp of industry standards and best practices.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Essential Skills: Extensive Experience in
TACL, C++, ENSCRIBE, Tandem, COBOL, NONSTOP, Atlas (Product) and Payment domain.
Nice to Have Skills:
Good experience inNETBATCH, ENFORM,Money Markets Products.
Qualifications:
Any Computer Science Degree.
3 Days in a week work from client office mandatory.
