My Client is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to join their impressive company. They are a privately owned residential developer operating in London and Surrey for the past 50 years.

Role
This role is best suited to an experienced Senior Technical Manager or ambitious Technical Manager who will:
Oversee all technical matters including design and approvals
Be responsible for the control of the design process from planning application through to project completion
Lead design team meetings, as well as ensuring that queries are resolved in a timely manner
Provide technical advice on the feasibility of projects
Profile
Senior/Technical Managers applying to this role must:
Display experience delivering complex residential scheme
Be able to work to a budget
Preferably been a Senior Technical Manager working for a developer for the 4+ years or alternatively an ambitious Technical Manager seeking a step up to a Senior
Effectively prioritise work to ensure delays dont occur at any time during the project
Be confident in coaching and developing others in order to build and maintain good relationships, as well as improving performance
