The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, or instructions. This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated technical concepts in a simple manner.


About the Role:

The program is in the midst of a significant split, navigating both transition and transformation phases. Transition involves the migration of capabilities into the Microsoft realm, with the project board's approval to shift all services there. The security-focused transition phase concludes in March, paving the way for an innovative transformation starting in April and extending until year-end.


Responsibilities:

As a Senior Technical Writer, your mission is to translate intricate technical conversations into actionable documents. Your creations will serve as runbooks for the development team, service transition documentation for seamless handover, and user guides that empower end-users. We value your ability to think outside the box and your understanding of technical infrastructure.

  • Explain technical ideas in simple language
  • Meet with customer representatives to establish technical specifications
  • Create user documentation for a variety of material
