Job Title: Senior Trade Marketing Manager
Location: North Based , UK - 2/3 days in office
Package Details: up to £50,000 base
Lavandi Talent are seeking a dynamic Senior Trade Marketing Manager for a UK-based beauty and personal care company. you will hold a critical leadership role in driving sales growth and elevating the retail experience. Your expertise and management experience will be instrumental in optimizing product placement, analysing category data, and orchestrating effective in-store visual merchandising strategies. If you possess a deep understanding of data-driven tactics and excel in leading teams within a dynamic retail landscape, this position offers an ideal opportunity for your career advancement.
Responsibilities:
1 - Strategic Planogram Optimization: Lead the development and maintenance of strategic planograms, meticulously positioning products to maximize sales impact. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure planograms are aligned with overarching marketing and sales objectives. Continuously evaluate planogram effectiveness through comprehensive data analysis and implement strategic adjustments accordingly.
2 - Innovative In-Store Point-of-Sale (POS) Implementation:. Champion consistent and compelling POS strategies to bolster brand visibility and drive sales growth. Provide expert guidance and feedback to enhance the execution and impact of POS initiatives.
3 - Advanced Category Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of category-specific data, including sales performance, consumer behavior, and market trends. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for category expansion, optimization of product assortments, and rationalization of SKUs. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies for effective category management.
