The roleAs the business grows, our product evolves. And so, we're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our small yet impactful team, working across our portfolio products. You'll be a key player in building products and features, ensuring they're friendly, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution.
You will focus on:
- Working across a variety of products: MUBI film streaming service (across website, mobile and TV apps and Vision Pro), Notebook Magazine, MUBI GO app
- End-to-end ideation, development, testing, and release of features on our products
- Developing quality experiences for some of the world's most discerning film lovers
- Working on projects to improve users' experiences such as film watching, exploration, consideration, sharing and many more
- Collaborating with engineering and testing teams to build and release features
- Improving our design library and maintaining its continuity
What you will bring:
- Strong ability to design applications at the level of whole features/products, encompassing an end-to-end experience across a variety of platforms
- Proven interaction design experience, defining how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this innovation will scale.
- Use appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work
- Proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, colour, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function
- A creative mind with an ability to continually evolve our product
- Able to represent work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts
- Comfortable with tools such as Sketch and Adobe Suite. And have knowledge of prototyping tools such as Principle.
