Job Role: Senior Voice and Collaboration Engineer
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: up to £90,000

Vertex IT Solutions is continuing to support one of its Financial Services customers who have a busy 2022 ahead with recruitment and expansion.
This is a technical role which includes Voice and AV engineering across existing CUCM, AV and MS Teams environments. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivery/design, implementation, transformation, troubleshooting and supporting the Voice strategy globally.
Tech environment includes (but not limited to):
·Cisco Call Manager
·Video End Points, Video Conferencing
·MS Teams direct routing
·Expressways / Gateways
·Avaya Voice Recording
Experience required:
·Ideally have experience of Enterprise voice and collaboration technologies across financial services.
·Essential Experience in IP Network & Voice/IP Telephony Experience with Cisco Unified Communication Suite & a strong understanding of LAN, WAN & telecommunication operations is mandatory.
·Strong knowledge of Cisco networking systems with the ability to configure & troubleshoot voice related hardware CCNP or CCVP certification.
·M365 and Modern Workplace technologies
·Session Border Controllers and SIP Trunking
