At XpertHR (part of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions) we provide indispensable industry information, data and analytics, for the HR sector, empowering organizations to make confident decisions around their people management. The global XpertHR marketing team plays a vital role in building a strong brand, understanding our target market and competitors, creating strategies for driving growth, generating a steady flow of new leads and measuring and optimizing all marketing efforts.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, you will be responsible for the XpertHR digital web experience. You will be a driver of change, and together with the Marketing team, implement outstanding website experiences that inform, delight, and connect XpertHR target markets and personas to our solutions.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Analyze, create, develop, and implement the XpertHR marketing website strategy.
  • Work with external vendors and internal teams to launch a new XpertHR corporate marketing website.
  • Maintain website design so it clearly delivers our brand message and offers a superior user experience.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of existing and prospective website users and what drives them to convert into leads.
  • Drive key web strategic decisions including content personalization, implementation and ongoing optimization. Create a clear website roadmap to better connect target audiences to our solutions.
  • Use testing and analytics software (such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, Adobe Target) to measure the impact of changes made to the site.
  • Optimise the website structure, content and metadata in order to improve search engine results and improve SEO.
  • Ensure that measurable milestones, metrics, and KPIs are defined, tracked, and aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Support the wider marketing team to ensure the successful delivery of content and campaigns and report on agreed performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product, and content to ensure alignment on website updates, builds, and delivery roadmap.
  • Support our digital marketing processes to make sure they are GDPR compliant, ensuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot website issues, with support from our Central Business Services Technology team.
  • Advise marketing teams and the business on web best practice.
  • Stay at the forefront of digital website trends to enhance the performance of our site, spotting new opportunities, digital trends, and ways of working we may wish to pilot.

Qualifications:

If you are looking for a role where you will be able to use your existing experience to transform, design and implement a successful digital website strategy, this is the role for you.
  • BA, with considerable website optimisation experience.
  • You've ideally led, or directly supported the leadership of this area for a B2B SaaS, or content/professional services company.
  • Can balance creativity and content with data to better understand our customers and their needs, preferences, motivations, and pain points.
  • Proven experience in analysing digital buyer experiences (using Adobe Analytics, or other analytics tools and AI-based tools) across customer touchpoints and optimizing each to ensure the best experience is delivered consistently throughout the journey.
  • Demonstrable experience in CRO, experimentation, UX/UI testing and personalisation.
  • Have experience of deploying data driven attribution modelling to drive customized digital journeys to accelerate conversion.
  • Digital marketing experience across email, social, web, content and SEO, alongside experience of measuring and analysing performance data.
  • Experience optimizing conversions against rapidly changing legal and technical requirements (i.e. GDPR).
  • High degree of proficiency with WordPress, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target required. Eloqua, Salesforce, CDP experience preferred.
