Senior Website Performance Manager, Manchester, FTC 12 Months
Join a fast-growing Financial Services organisation as a Senior Website Performance Manager.
This is a Performance Marketing and Product Development role focused on transforming their digital presence across the website and mobile app.
Leading a team of 14, you will operate at a strategic level, focused on SEO, CRO, Content Strategy, UX and Data Analysis. You’ll be tasked with achieving and reporting on key commercial and technical metrics, simultaneously creating a world-class user experience.
About you
You’ll be a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with a breadth of knowledge across all aspects of website performance; from SEO to CRO, Content Strategy, to Data Analysis and UX. With an excellent grasp of data analytics, you will track and report on website and app performance as well as optimise onsite conversions.
You’ll be a strong leader with previous experience of driving accountability across a team through a supportive and nurturing management style. Previous experience of managing upwards and collaboration across teams are equally as important.
You’re agile and able to work at pace and adapt to the ever-changing needs of the business.
Ideally you’ll have previous experience of working in Financial Services or other regulated environment.
