The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients dynamic team in Bristol. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring successful completion within budgetary constraints and upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quantity surveying projects, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Oversee the financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, including preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets and procurement plans.
- Monitor progress and financial performance, identifying and addressing risks promptly to ensure project success.
- Administer contracts, manage variations, claims and disputes effectively, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and relevant regulations.
- Provide expert guidance to clients and stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making throughout project lifecycles and optimizing project profitability.

Candidate:
We are looking for extensive experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry preferably at a senior level. Ideally MRICS qualified with experience in refurbishment and new build projects is desired but not essential. You'll be a hands on can do person with energy and drive to work as part of a collaborative team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines is a must.
