Senior or Principle Recruitment Consultant | up to £45,000 base | Hybrid Bristol

As part of a successful team, you will help to nurture and grow the vertical market as you see fit. You will have complete freedom to assist in developing new business and driving sales. We'll offer you excellent training and development and a defined progression path

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Developing and nurturing new business relationships
  • Organise and direct sales activity
  • Be a role model for the business and your team
  • Be approachable and encourage collaborative learning, and also working

Remuneration and benefits include:

  • £25,000 to £45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Up to 40% commission paid monthly with no threshold
  • Quarterly on target and exceed bonuses
  • Anual on target and exceed bonus
