Service Advisor Closes: 01/10/2024 We are looking to recruit Service Advisors to join our busy Pontypridd based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful main dealership.The successful candidates should possess a positive attitude and help to achieve very high standards of customer service and satisfaction. You will create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for customers and provide a supporting role for the Service Manager.Responsibilities:Acting as a contact for customers, from booking in, to liaising with the aftersales department in order to provide customers with regular updates on the status of their vehiclesExplaining technical information to the customer in a clear mannerEnsuring customers are provided with the highest level of care as well as building a rapport with themDealing with customer service complaints, ensuring all complaints are acknowledged and dealt with in a timely, professional and efficient mannerResponsible for retaining and renewing business. Managing existing customer accounts, providing an excellent service to encourage repeat business About you:Be well spoken with excellent communication and written skillsBe self-motivated and pro-active, maintaining high levels of focus and enthusiasmAble to work independently and make decisions, as well as working and communicating effectively as part of a teamExtremely punctual and organizedExcellent English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate well via email and phoneAlways working to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfactionAn ability to work quickly under pressure and deal with demanding customersExperience of working in a customer-facing role and a valid drivers’ license is essential If you think you are the right person to join our team please apply attaching your current CV.
