A local Midlands authority are looking for a Service Contracts Co Ordinator to join their busy Property Services Team

Duties to include:
Administer the service contracts relating to the servicing programme of the authorities mechanical and electrical equipment
Assisting Surveyors with contractors
Monthly audit of job sheets to ensure contractors are completing the work as agreed
Checking service invoices and dealing with discrepancies
Liaise directly with Properties staff to restore the operation of plant or issue instructions directly to Contractors to carry out urgent repairs
37:30 (hr:min) hours per week:
Monday: 08:00 - 16:00 (30 minute lunch)
Tuesday: 08:00 - 16:00 (30 minute lunch)
Wednesday: 08:00 - 16:00 (30 minute lunch)
Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00 (30 minute lunch)
Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 (30 minute lunch)
You will need to make infrequent visits (perhaps once a month) to properties around Warwickshire as required
This position can be worked on site in central Warwick or remotely, but you would be expected to be on site at least twice a month to attend meetings
