Job Description
We're working with an international market-leading manufacturer with an ever-growing presence in over 15 different countries, selling high-quality performing analytical laboratory instrumentation to a variety of different clients including; pharma & biotech, healthcare and food & beverage.
The candidate would be a part of a newly constructed Service team based between Luton and Hertfordshire, using their experience working with the above instrumentation and equipment to ensure a quality-driven service whilst working with their overseas counterparts.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries related to the client's products in a professional and cohesive manner
- Prospecting potential customers
- Conduct outbound calls to convert any sales opportunities into business
- Cross-sell additional products to maximize revenue
- Communicate customer feedback and queries in a clear fashion through the appropriate process
- Work collaboratively with Technical Support and Product Managers to provide quick, accurate and helpful responses
Experience & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working with laboratory instrumentation and analytical equipment
- 1-2 years of support experience whether it be in a customer service environment or a laboratory
- A background in scientific education and/or engineering
