Service Delivery Manager
Salary: £30,000-£45,000
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Hybrid - Flexible working
Full-Time, Permanent, Hybrid
My client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their IT team! You'd be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to clients, while also leading a team of IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the IT service delivery team, ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all IT service delivery related matters.
Work with clients to identify their IT service requirements and develop customized service level agreements (SLAs) that meet their needs.
Ensure that all IT service delivery processes and procedures are documented and adhered to by the team.
Manage and coordinate the resolution of any IT service delivery issues or incidents, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and work with the team to implement process improvements.
Ensure that all IT service delivery reports are produced and delivered to clients on time, accurately reflecting service performance and identifying any areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Previous working experience in an MSP
Expereince managing a team in an MSP
Expereince in Service Delivery Management or IT Management
Experience in managing IT teams and working with clients to develop SLAs.
Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or ISO 20000.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of IT Infrastructure, networking, security, cloud technologies, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
