Role: Service Delivery Manager
Salary: £35,000-£45,000
Location: Middlewich, Cheshire
My MSP client are now looking for a passionate, motivating team leader to join their business on a permanent basis. My client are a well established Managed Service Provider with an impressive client base and great culture! They are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to manage a small group of IT engineers whilst liaising with important clients and vendors.
This is a strategic management position requiring a technical background and great leadership skills. The chosen candidate will be able to effectively motivate and guide their service desk engineers in order to deliver an exceptionally smooth experience to their clients.
Requirements:
2-3 years experience in a similar IT Support Desk position
Excellent communication skills, up to stakeholder level
Able to manage a small group of IT Engineers: effectively motivating and guiding them in the right direction
Strong understanding of IT
