Main Responsibilities as a Delivery Service Manager

  • Enhance deployment productivity and outcomes through optimised processes.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to improve retailer satisfaction and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute detailed deployment plans.
  • Coordinate software deployment aligned with project milestones and requirements.
  • Lead team development, risk management, and reporting to ensure successful deployment outcomes.


Experience & Skills Required

  • Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing complex project delivery, consistently achieving success from inception to completion.
  • Proven ability to lead large, multifunctional teams with diverse skill sets.
  • Skilled in leading high-performance teams focused on meeting KPIs and SLAs within tight deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in delivering exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborative skills, adept at working with internal and external teams, integrating external expertise and knowledge effectively.
