Role: Service Delivery Manager

Location: Staines-Upon-Thames

Salary: Up to £50,000

Hybrid: 2 days on site per week

A key client of ours reached out today looking to fill an urgent Service Delivery Manager position on a Permanent basis.

This is ideal for someone who has an understanding of the change and release management process. You’ll be responsible for live issues being fixed in line with the SLA & bringing together the right people and resources. Process-oriented the successful Service Delivery Manager will be professional and diplomatic and have a client awareness.

The company are based in Staines-upon-Thames and they work Hybrid hours meaning you can work from home three days per week and with a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of Agile and ITL
  • Experience with incident management, change/release management and problem management
  • Working with tools such as Jira Service Desk, Service Now highly desired
  • Problem oriented, solution driven
  • Strong relationship builder across teams and departments
  • Experience delivering service improvements
  • Application support and service recovery
  • Experience creating documentation (root cause)
  • Excellent communicator
