Service Delivery Manager - IT Security – West Midlands (Hybrid) - £65k - £70k + Car Allowance + 15% bonus

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Location: West Midlands (Hybrid)

Have you got experience of writing security policies and ensuring frameworks are adhered to? Do you have an excellent knowledge of Cyber Essentials, PCI DSS and ISO27001? I’m looking to speak with individuals who can be the link between the company’s group security function and the UK IT team. You will have the opportunity to create and deliver security training for the organisation to improve the security knowledge and awareness of your colleagues. You will be able to demonstrate a service improvement mindset and an ability to manage 3rd party stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on the company’s UK Cyber Security Services, assuring critical operations
  • Deliver advice and guidance to ensure the UK team is compliant with the group function
  • Monitor compliance tools, reduce vulnerabilities and assess future risks
  • Ensure compliance with Cyber Essentials, PCI DSS and ISO27001
  • Manage major incidents through to conclusion
  • Advise on security requirements for any projects being undertaken by the organisation
  • Create and enhance security standards where required and ensure these are adhered to by internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain best practice by managing suppliers and colleagues and leading business reviews
  • Oversee security expenditure to ensure financial targets are met

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar Service Delivery or Security role (5+years)
  • Ability to multitask with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Capable of leading and motivating in a multi-functional environment
  • Conflict resolver with excellent negotiation skills for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Driven and motivated to deliver service improvement
