Are you a Service Delivery Manager looking to join a fast-paced and fast MSP? Do you want a role that offers the chance to bring new ideas and processes as well as offering excellent career prospects?
On offer is the exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join a growing MSP business who have doubled in size in the last 12 months. Working closely with the senior members of the bueinss, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service desk, implementing continuous service improvements as well as dealing with all third-party stake holders and vendors.
In this role, the successful Service Delivery Manager will attend and input to change approval board, acting as approver and manger the delivery of changes, work with the technology manage to establish data storage infrastructure. Manager resources and processed require d to design, plane and support all information products and services.
The ideal Service Delivery Manager would have good technical knowledge, comes from either and IT Support or Service Desk background and be keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Manage all aspects of the service desk.
Work closely with the technology manager to bring new ideas and processes.
General IT Support.
Deal with stake holders, staff and vendors.
The Person:
Technical knowledge.
Experience in either IT Support or Service Desk.
Live in either Jersey or Guernsey.
