Job Description
Our client is a leading rail transport operating company based in the South East. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for both developing the service delivery elements of the plan and also leading and coordinating the relevant functional areas of the business, fleet, control, drivers and customer service, to ensure the plan is delivered and the benefits realised.
You must have a proven track record of leading a functional area within a multi-stakeholder environment, including TU and previously either have been involved as a team member or led a similar cross functional project.
This role is a hybrid fixed-term contract with a salary rate negotiable based on experience.
