Job Description
A global management consulting firm is looking for a Service Designer to come play a pivotal role on an ongoing internal project aimed at enhancing internal security tools.
Day Rate: £400 Inside
Based: London (Hybrid/Remote)
Length: 6 Months (Maternity cover)
Responsibilities:
- Shifting focus from a primarily research-driven approach to one that includes governance, policy making, and implementation oversight
- Regularly check system logs and pilot different security level
- Develop hypotheses to continuously refine and improve the system
- Analyse and understand how varying security levels impact different user roles and their day-to-day tasks
- Support on creating a comprehensive playbook outlining procedures, protocols, and best practices.
- Develop and refine the service blueprint to guide the iterative improvement of their system
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in conducting detailed research and analysis to inform decisions
- Ability to transition from research-focused activities to governance
- Capability to create and test hypotheses, using data driven insights to inform decisions
- Skilled in creating and refining service blueprints to map out and optimise service processes.
- Proficiency in iterative design and development processes, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.
