We have vacancies for Service Desk Analysts (1st & 2nd line) working on premise for our customers and at our Service centre in Basingstoke.
With at least 6-12 months experience in an IT Support environment, you will demonstrate a strong aptitude for attention to detail and good customer service as maintaining an effective level of communication with all customer staff is essential.
