Exciting Opportunity: License service desk Analyst- Stevenage

Are you passionate about technology and looking for an opportunity to step into the world of software license management? We're on the hunt for a dedicated Support Technician to join our team, focusing on Software License Management activities for our esteemed customer.

What you'll do:

  • Manage Software Licenses: You'll be at the forefront of processing software license request tickets for specific software packages, ensuring our customer users have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Operate Order Systems: Utilise our customer's ordering system (Coupa) to process approved software license requests efficiently.
  • Ensure Security Compliance: Work closely with the Security team to consult the repository of authorized software and validate requests, ensuring compliance and security standards are met.
  • Innovate and Improve: Your insights will be valuable in proposing improvements to the license management processes, streamlining our operations for better efficiency.
  • License Renewal Management: Take charge of following up on the renewal of specific licenses, ensuring continuous access to essential software.


What we need from you:

  • Local Presence: Ability to be onsite at our customer’s office in Stevenage 4 days a week.
  • UK Residency and Citizenship: Required for Security Clearance (SC) application, ensuring you're ready to handle sensitive information.
  • A Drive to Learn: No specific licence management training? No problem! IAITAM CSAM training will be provided, equipping you with the knowledge needed to excel in software asset management.
