Service Desk Analyst - Windows & Office 365
I am recruiting on behalf of my client for a Service Desk Analyst to join their ever-growing team based in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be a part of their technical team providing IT support to their clients working on a hybrid working model (3 days in office). Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are a must.

Networking (beneficial)

Ability to work under pressure

Organising a busy workload
Willing to undertake training
Excellent communication skills
