My client is an award-winning MSP located in the heart of Dundee that has been providing IT support to organisations across the UK since 2004. They are passionate about the support they provide, and the tech they work with. This can be proved by their long-lasting client relationships, low employee turnover rate, or winning an award titled Elite Managed Service! They're looking for a tech-savvy Service Desk Manager to join their fun team.
Duties:
(Ideally) Experience in a Managed Service Provider environment
(Ideally) Prior exposure to a Service Desk Management role
Supporting the Service Desk Team
Providing technical knowledge for your team
Supporting high-level tickets and projects
Management duties - KPI monitoring, 1-2-1's, diary management, team leadership
