A growing managed services client based in the Devon area are seeking Service Desk Manager to join their growing IT team on hybrid working basis.

The work is hybrid working and will require at least 3 days per week on site in Plymouth.

The company specialise in delivery IT related services to a range of industries across the South West. They are well known for their service delivery and put the customer first.

Service Desk Manager Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 35 + Service Desk Engineers with 4 direct reports
Direct the team to ensure that the vision, goals and aims of the business are being executed
Work within an ITIL environment
Manage all IT budget and ensure that the aims are exceeded
Put customer service and delivery at the forefront of everything that is done
Service Desk Manager Key Skills Required:
Strong managerial capability
Strong leadership qualities
Experience of managing a budget along with a team
ITIL framework experience
Experience of managing a service desk within an MSP would be highly advantageous
Salary is between £50-55k per annum including 28 days+ bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, gym memberships, and flight options among other benefits.

The interview process will involve meeting the CTO and Infrastructure Manager.
