A great new opportunity to join an expanding FM and Security Services company based in central Birmingham as the Facilities Help Desk Manager is now available. Working Monday- Friday at this family-owned business which has a great ethos for service excellence to both their clients and employees valuing both equally. If being valued in your job is important to you and you do not want to be a small cog in a large faceless organisation this role would be ideal for you. The opportunity to positively influence customer service and to respond quickly and efficiently to all enquiries and service requests is key as is the ability to manage priority tasks and the daily supervision/mentoring of another team member. The key aspects of this role are responding to all enquiries in an efficient and highly customer focused way, managing clients and sub- contractor relationships effectively with a right first time approach and having a positive and proactive manner with all external and internal relationships. Facilities Management or security industry experience is not required for this role however dealing with sub-contractors in the property sector maybe an advantage.
