Location: Preston

Salary: £22,000 - £30,000

We are currently recruiting for an IT Support role in the Managed Services industry

The successful candidate will provide IT support and maintenance to a wide range of clients, as well as assist with the development of their IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support and maintenance to our clients in the Managed Services industry.
Monitor IT systems and services to ensure they are running efficiently.
Troubleshoot any IT issues that arise.
Develop and maintain our IT systems and services.
Create user accounts and set up user profiles.
Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and services.
Ensure data is backed up regularly and securely.
Technical Skills:
Experience of providing IT support in a Managed Services environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Experience of working with virtualisation technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V.
Knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
Experience of administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
Knowledge of networking hardware e.g Routers/Switches/Accesspoints
Experience of using remote support tools such as TeamViewer.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
