Job Title: Service Manager Small Luxury Car Dealership Location: Chiswick W4 5PY Salary: Basic Salary 40000 Bonus OTE 60000 Car Our client is one of the UK s fastest growing dealer groups representing a number of well respected and popular brands across dealerships in London Buckinghamshire Hertfordshire Suffolk and Essex. They are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Service Manager to join their Small Luxury Car Dealership in Chiswick. The Service Manager will be overseeing 3 Vehicle Technicians and 2 Service Advisors. What you ll do The Service Manager will be leading a team of Service staff. You will undoubtedly be a people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customerfocused manager you will inspire your team to provide the best possible services for the customer whilst ensuring the Company profit targets are achieved. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support coaching and motivation to them. Who you are As a person you are curious creative and enthusiastic. You have a customercentric mindset strong communication skills and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy selfmotivated and make things happen never settling for just the status quo. Your experience To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Automotive sector. For this role you must have the following: Ideally at least 1 year of experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry but our client will also consider a Workshop Controller or a Senior Service Advisor for this role as it is a smaller site A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards consumer legislation and trade practices. Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results. Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
