About the team
We are building a world class IT Service Management (ITSM) team from the ground up, using the ServiceNow platform to empower colleagues to deliver exceptional market leading services to our internal and external clients.
This is your opportunity to join the rapidly growing ServiceNow platform team with a focus on driving Worldpay forwards in the way it makes knowledge-based decisions, built on solid data-driven evidence to improve our colleague and client experience, drive efficiency and cost savings, and improve the way we deliver service.
What you’ll own
- Development on a large greenfield global ServiceNow implementation
- Ensuring best practice and development standards at all times
- Collaborating with other developers, BAs, and architects
- Contributing to requirements workshops
Where you’ll own it
You’ll own it in our London hub. Our sites are hubs of activity, conversation, and openness. With inspiring, stylish workspaces we want people to feel excited to come and do their best work.
This role could involve travel to the USA when required.
What you’ll bring
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL processes
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Certified implementation specialist ideally one or more of ITOM, SecOps, HRSM, ESG, Legal Service. ESC pro
- A minimum of three years working on the ServiceNow platform with at least one large greenfield implementation.
