Servicenow Discovery Consultant Job In Birmingham

Our client is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Discovery Consultant to join their team. This permanent position. The company is offering acompetitive salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 and the flexibility of remote work for candidates based in the UK.
The company is a leading provider of Asset Management Service in the IT sector

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Comprehensive understanding of how ServiceNow Discovery collects data
• Proficiency in navigating the user interface and configuring Management Database (CMDB)
• Ability to set up Mid Servers and obtain/test device credentials
• Experience in maintaining and updating services in the CMDB
• Familiarity with classification of Configuration Items and executing horizontal search
• Capability to integrate with 3rd party Management Software and troubleshoot any issues

Additional benefits to this role include cross-training in BMC Discovery and sponsorship for ITIL training in the first year.
