We currently have a vacancy for SHEQ Manager to cover our operations in the North of England and North Wales. This role will include regular regional travel and occasional travel to our Office in Torquay.


The Role:

This role will provide expert advice and guidance to operational staff, acting as the ‘competent person’ for safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ).

The role has a lovely duality of location/site-based compliance audit work as well as stakeholder engagement and working with the bid management team to ensure the tender submissions are current and reflect good working practices.

In this role you will collate, interpret and present the monthly statistics to the regional management team, identifying areas of concern and continuous improvement opportunities. You will also manage the satisfactory completion, submission and auditing of the Company preferred certification schemes including ISO Management System Standards and SSIP.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent Level 3 qualification in occupational safety and health. Hands on, working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 as week as a good understanding of CDM Regulations and RIDDOR.

The role requires occasional UK travel and therefore flexibility to meet business demands is essential.
