Our client is a well-regarded high-end shipping and luxury assets boutique based in London and is looking to hire a junior lawyer for its busy shipping finance practice. The team advises both sponsors and borrowers on a broad range of debt finance transactions, including asset-backed lending, sale and leaseback and fleet refinancing.
It is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer keen to advance their career by joining a progressive and modern specialised law firm and taking on greater responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified and have gained first-rate shipping finance or general finance experience at a recognised City law firm or leading regional practice. Our client will consider candidates from a general finance background if they have a keen interest and the desire to specialise in shipping finance.
