Our client, a prominent international law firm, is seeking a talented Associate with 3-7 PQE to join their reputable team on a permanent basis. The Role
As a Shipping Disputes Solicitor within our client's team, you will handle a diverse caseload of shipping disputes.
Your responsibilities will include advising clients on the following areas:
- dry & wet shipping, predominately dry;
- complex shipping contracts;
- charterparties;
- cargo claims;
- marine insurance;
- international trade & commodities.
The role requires a strong understanding of international trade and maritime law, coupled with excellent analytical and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of post-qualification experience.
